Dear Sir,
With reference to your email dated lih January 2016, As requested by you, we have allotted test date on
26th & 2ih April 2016 for short circuit dynamic withstand test on 5MY A & 1OMYA, 3311] kV Power
Transformers. The estimated test charges including service tax are as given below:-

Please confirm the acceptance of the allotted test dates in writing on or before 41hMarch 2016 alongwith
payment of 100% of test charges in advance failing which the tentative test date allotted will not be
guaranteed. After receipt of the confirmation alongwith the payment of 100% of test charges, we will
confirm the test date.
