These items are just suggestions to get your mind working towards the
perfect menu for your event. Please let Chef or a member of the team know
which items catch your eye and well go off menu to create exactly what
you have in mind. We are well versed and very comfortable with all flavors.

Cake Cutting Fee $1 per guest
China Service $5 per guest
Service Fee 18%
Service Staff additional based upon estimated guest count and menu

Fried Coconut Shrimp butterflied Gulf shrimp with golden fried coconut
and served with our honey ginger and Sriracha sauce
Southern Style Crab Cakes with classic remoulade sauce
Skewers Choose from sweet chili and soy gulf shrimp, chimichurri beef,
or chicken satay with peanut sauce

Brisket Sliders with brie cheese and spicy peach jam

and soft interior, Finished with our chunky feta tzatziki sauce
Smoked Chicken Salad in phyllo shell with strawberry jalapeno jam
Filet and Blue Crostini filet of beef with caramelized onion and blue

Pan Seared Halibut-with chanterelle mushrooms and lemon grass butter
Shrimp and Grits creamy grits topped with blackened gulf shrimp
