AMOL AUTO PARTS

Amol Auto Parts started its business Association with Bajaj Auto Ltd. since 1974
with manufacturing of Control Cables , Clutch and Gear Brakes .This
project was in process till 10 years. Then we developed handle for engine
bonnet as a single source and supplied the same for 15 years. We further
moved ahead with technology and developed cam brakes and shock absorber
bushes and were holding a monopoly as a single source for approx 8 years
.We also manufactured different precision components like Spacers
,Bolts, Pins, Truss Screws Shafts, Rollers .
We had a approx supply of 5 lakh components per month meeting all the quality
and dispatch standards, but due to vendor rationalising policy we had to
surrender our vendor code since July 2003.
We were supplying approx 40 components as a single source. we later started
flaring and bending of bundy pipes with manufacturing of diff types of brake
nipples today used in all 4 wheelers in all kinds of Brake Assemblies.
We have attached all the detail components list supplied and developed by
AMOL AUTO PARTS as a vendor of BAJAJ AUTO LTD.

Fuel line assembly products:

Banjos: Banjos are usually used in fuel line assemblies for all kind of 4 wheelers
.banjos are available in different sizes as per customer requirement and we hold a
capacity to manufacture minimum 10lakh components per month.

Brake line assembly products:

Brake line connectors: All here break line parts form one of the most integral part of
all the brake line assemblies of 4 wheelers and manufactured in different sizes as per
requirement. We hold a capacity to manufacture min 15 Lakh components per month.

Brake drum assembly products:

Actuating shafts: Actuating shafts or brake cams are used in the brake drum
assemblies and used in all 2 wheelers .we were manufacture min 2 Lakh components
per month .

Conveyor line products:

Rail nuts: Rail nuts are manufactured in different sizes and also in sintered and
forging as per requirement and are used in all types of conveyor lines in
Hydraulic, Cement, Heavy machinery, Oil and Gas and allied industries. We hold a
present capacity to manufacture minimum 2lakh components per month

Engine and Oil Pump Assembly Parts:

Pins, Shafts, Bushes: These components are highly precise and are used in
different Assemblies in engines, Crankshafts, Oil pumps of 2 wheelers and 4
wheelers.

Body Frame Assembly Parts:

Studs, Rivets, Pins, Nuts: These are used in the body frame assemblies of all
kind of 4 wheelers and 2 wheels. We manufacture 1 Lakh components per
month

Electrical Components:
We manufacture different Shafts, Pins and Rollers used in many electronic
and electrical products

Hydraulic Fittings:
We manufacture different types of hydraulic fittings and connectors in
different materials used in different type of hydraulic assemblies as per
customer requirement.
