Usefulness of title of article

The title is the most visible parts of article.


The title is the key to ensuring this article will be
found. Furthermore it is easy to recognizable this
article when I was saw this title. I also
comprehend that what is the content of article.

Usefulness of Abstract

The abstract had showed the most important


information of article. It also had provided
background of article. The descriptions of abstract
were clear. The abstract also contained the
suggestion from authors. For example : Author
suggest practitioner demanding outcome-based
skills and academia teaching basic non-business
specific fundamentals of communication.

Usefulness of the Introduction

The introduction had showed that why this topic


was important to investigate. I also comprehend
that the means of business communication. For
example : Business communication is a process
of generating, transmitting, receiving and
interpreting message in interpersonal, group,
public and mass communication. Furthermore, it
is quite simply and easy to understand. I also
understand about the logic of argument, writing
style, and the overall quality of authors research.

Usefulness of Research Methods section

The research method section had conducted the


research. For example: to determine if a set of
outcome-based skills existed in the business
communication literature. It had conducted a
literature review. It also had provided a detail
description of how the study was conducted. It
also had showed how to identify communication
skills constructs and subsets.

Usefulness of Main Research Findings

The main research findings had created the


definition of each communication skill. It also had
showed the stages of content analysis such as
content reduction, content display and conclusion
drawing and verification. Furthermore, it had
showed the result of analysis emerged as the
most important for interpersonal communication
effectiveness.

Usefulness of Conclusion

It had showed a brief summary of the content for


article. The conclusion was offered an alternative
view for development research to critical issue of
college graduates. Conclusion of the article had
supported the lack of preparedness of new
graduates. It also had showed summary for
authors key finding.

Through the reference, I was comprehend


that the sources were referenced by authors
to finish this research. It also helped me to
find related articles for the topic I need to
research.

From reading the article (300 words max)

Through this article, I had learned the


meaning for business communication. I had
comprehended that the important of business
communication skills and that need to include
them in the business curriculum. I also had
realized that the oral communication was one
of the top three competencies needed to
succeed in a managerial position. Through this
article, I revealed that business skills most
sought from employees should be defined by
communication skills fall in to three basic
categories are organizational communication
skills, leadership communication skills and
interpersonal communication skills. I also
comprehend that the definitions of each skill
and the usage of skills as presented in the
article.
Furthermore, the communication skills will give
advantages to individuals and lead to more
effective business processes and ultimately
performance. Through this article, I also know
that the communication skills also useful with
any kind of business communication context.
Beside that, the preponderance of literature
investigated make known that all of these skills
are, in fact, teachable and learnable. Otherwise,
communication skills cant be taught within
a classroom or organizational training
environment.
In additional, I also had realized that employers
in all occupational fields place greater value on
employees communication skill than they
technical skills through this article. Good
communication skills are the key to success in
life, work and relationship. If without effective
communication, a message can turn into error
or misunderstanding.
