2. Symptom(Error Message)
- MSL security Fail

3. Instruction
- Use the last UMTS IMEI program (Over V676)
But PBA msl fault happened once is impossible to do IMEI writing again.
In this case, plz contact to your local Samsung office to shipback it to HQ.
