Professional Accomplishments
Project Management:
Project managed installation of over 150 automation, audio/video and network systems in custom built
homes. Responsible for all phases of construction project from floor plan design to customer handover.
Project managed the installation of 5 Crestron conference room automation systems with NEC and Samsung
video along with Poloycom and Tandberg video conferencing systems.
Designed and project managed a whole house Cisco network for a 14,000 square foot home. The network is
designed for data network distribution of entertainment systems for the Microsoft Media Center TV, movie,
video and music. The network also included data management with Microsoft Server 2008 R2. System also
included a VOIP telephone PBX, IP based CCTV and automation of HVAC and Centralite lighting through URC
automation.
Project managed the technology move of the regional office acquisition from a standalone NT domain and
application servers to merge with the corporate worldwide Active Directory and data center.
Developed a plan and project managed the effort to extract the technology and staff from an acquired
business unit in a large bank in Dublin and migrated them to Northern Trust standard systems.
Managed the successful migration of Lotus Notes Mail and Lotus Notes application environment to 12,000
desktops across all locations worldwide within the organization.
Project managed the delivery of 2 major releases of a client server application architecture based in C++ and in
PowerBuilder. The application architecture was the software building blocks for all external facing client
server applications developed by the organization.

Managed staff of 10 employees, with responsibilities for hiring, training, sales, project management and
budgeting.
Managed the Electronic Messaging Services Department with a staff of 25 support staff and programmers.
Responsibilities included hiring, project management, budgeting and setting corporate direction.
Managed the London Technical Services Department which included a staff of 30 employees and contractors
through the Y2K event plus hiring and training my replacement.
Team Lead for the Corporate Software Architecture Team made up of six Developers and one Architect
responsible for creating and enhancing the core application development platform for all client facing
applications.
Team Lead for Client Technical Services. A team of six technology subject matter experts responsible for
managing the technical relationships with high profile clients.

Systems Analyst & Design:


Determined end users needs, created a design and implemented a whole house automation systems for four
10,000+ square foot homes that included lighting control, video distribution, A/V control, whole sound,
telephone data network and HVAC integration.
Gathered requirements, designed, and developed a foreign currency exchange system in Clipper for the
International Tellers group.
Gathered requirements, designed, and developed a fund pricing tool for the purposes of creating daily
reporting to clients for in-house managed mutual funds.
Created an educational program for DR training used for more than 10,000 employees.
Built a disaster recovery process for tracking and relocating employees in the event of a disaster
