I learned this joining method in the TxS group

(Tejiendo por un sueo = Knitting/Crocheting/Weaving for a dream).
TxS is a group of people that make blankets for babies born in public hospitals in Argentina.
They are collecting:
Squares of 10 10 cm (1" x 1"), knitted or crocheted with any yarn.
Yarn of any color.
Blankets made up of 36 squares (6 x 6), which are joined by the method explained in this
pattern (with light green yarn preferably), thereby obtaining a final size of 70 70 cm approx.
