Provided routine, preventative and emergency servicing of production equipment including Electro Mechanical
Pneumatic, Bulk Chemical Distribution, Gas, and Planar Systems. Successfully completed all Cleanroom semiconductor
fabrications in a fast-paced environment. Conducted tool upgrades for new processes as well as software and
hardware improvements, using JMP data collections. Served as the Head Rebuild staff member as well as Tool
Calibrations Coordinator for the PLE department. Mentored and trained new employees on company processes and
culture. Delivered training to maintenance staff in the troubleshooting of mechanical and pneumatic issues that arise
from Chemical Distribution Modules (CDMs), as well as electrical system issues and Logic Controls (PLC). Appointed
to the NM INTEL Emergency Response Team (ERT) and responded to emergency call-outs for equipment
malfunctions and incident alerts.
Wrote and implemented a White Paper for Engineering Standard specifications for wafer cycling and qualifying
Regen tools during routine and corrective maintenance.
Developed and implemented database for all Regen activities which was implemented for all shifts site wide.
Wrote and implemented plans to restructure Di water Plumbing System to all work area sinks, accounting for
long distances and Di water pressures.
Wrote Best Known Method (BKM) instructions for step by step Head Rebuild procedure for Ebara Heads, which
was adopted for Intel sites nationwide.
Wrote specifications for tool itinerary and checklists, including cost saving efforts to increase efficiency.
