Built the social media marketing efforts from the ground up, establishing a Twitter account
and energizing the Facebook page through carefully researched and placed ads. Utilized
sites such as Wordpress and Leadpages to implement campaigns to attract new prospects
and educate current clients. In the process of introducing SEO use in order to generate new
leads. Created all promotional material used by Cardinal via programs such as Adobe
Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Designed and edited financial plans under very strict
deadlines. Participated in client outreach to check-in and solve any problems that arose by
working with a CPA, an attorney, CFP's, other marketing professionals, and insurance agents
to deliver creative solutions. Utilized systems including KonnexMe and MailChimp to stay in
touch with prospects and customers as well as organize all information collected on them.
Piloted the promotion of a book published by the CEO of the company, successfully placing
the book in almost half the libraries in North Carolina and reaching number 3 on the
Amazon bestseller list. Designed and edited an accompanying workbook, which is already
being used to teach continuing education classes. Completed administrative duties when
needed, including answering the phones, organizing the incoming and outgoing mail , and
coordinating the schedules of all employees.
