Our Friendship throughout the years
Thinking back to the first year,
you decided to talk to me;
I did not know Id come to hold you so dear;
I can not believe I didn't have to plea.
My social skills are not the best,
But they didnt faze you, which put my nerves to rest.
You made a joke about your sweat,
It made me laugh so hard, I had no breath.
Back then, I would have never bet,
That the type friendship that we would erect
Would be so grand. Words can not not describe
The joy that is so divine.
Thinking back to the second year,
Im now thankful for the way you act;
you make the world seem clear.
Im always so happy at the fact,
That even though it went by in a flash
My memories of our second year will forever last.
Geometry was the class I mostly remember;
You made each day more bearable,
I wish it could have lasted forever;
My day would always start off less terrible.
Biology was another class we had together
And you kept it from being a disaster.
This will be the third year,
And I sincerely hope it won't be the last.
Im astonished of how you made the world seem clear;
Everything feels like it's going to fast.
Even so, Im always so amazed at the fact,
At how you, in my life, have made a big impact.
