Needs are the baseline things we must have met in order to be our best. If our needs arent met, they will cloud our values. In the world of work, needs relate to the things
you must have or deal breakers if not met, you couldnt be happy at work.

Interests at work can be grouped into areas: Social, Artistic, Realistic, Enterprising, Conventional, Investigative. Add you own more specific interests if you know them. If you
