Creating Brief Lesson Plan

Figure 1. The home user interface of the system. Has three buttons; Brief Lesson
Plan, Detailed Lesson Plan and Print Lesson Plan.

Figure 10. Done Tab. Click Save Lesson Plan button to save the encoded Detailed
Lesson Plan.

Figure 12. Done Tab. Click Close button to close the user interface.

Figure 13. Click Print Lesson Plan button. To print the encoded Detailed Lesson
Plan.

Figure 14. Click Print Detailed Lesson Plan.

Figure 15. A window will open. Then type in the Subject ID or the name of the
Detailed Lesson Plan.

Figure 16. A Print Preview of the encoded Detailed Lesson Plan will be shown.

Figure 17. Press CTRL + P on the keyboard to Print the encoded Detailed Lesson
Plan. The Printer must be connected into the computer to begin printing.
