Administration in one organization is really important to achieve purposes and objectives of one
organization. Poor administration may result to sabotage in an organization because we dont observe
direction towards work.
Discipline as one principle of administration comes first. Our accountability and responsibility
make an organization in order. Our initiative towards work will make an organization very productive too.
So, those things, as principles of organization, if we take into consideration will probably result to success
of certain goals of a company/agency.
If we follow the elements of administration, we will be having a strong organization. From
planning itself, we do determine our goals to be achieved and that is leading us to a direction of success.
Organizing, we are now bringing together our resources and developing these to be productive, also an
element of success. I think staffing is the crucial part, because in this element, we choose the best,
deserving and the right applicants because they are the ones to take care of the foundations of an
organization. And these potential applicants will be the one to help an organization reach success.
I guess best term to say is leading rather than directing. Good motivations among members are
better to do to encourage your subordinates work effectively. Guidance also matters. Passing of
information through good communication will be a good indicator of success. To work harmoniously in
achieving a common goal, coordination must be kept. As work or task is done, reporting those things
should be done to know how far an organization has gone. Everybody who is involved in an organization
has the right know what the status of accomplishment of an organization. Lastly, budgeting, where an
organization spends for a certain goal to be attained in time. So, we must not let the budget be spent with
no accomplishment to report.

REACTION ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM UNDER MPA 505 PUBLIC FISCAL

Local government exercise political power over a fixed territory. So local government plays a role
of being the front liner in the project implementation for the good of its communities. A barangay who
seeks for free health service, go directly to the municipal hall and report their needs. And the local
government concern will take an action to address those.
The negative side in LGU is that it is politically driven. So, whether one barangay really needs
services, it might not be addressed given that a barangay captain is not pro administration. He will
hesitantly ask for assistance for his barangay mates. And the municipal mayor might not give his full
attention to that barangay.
Being the front liner, they know what a community needs. And the good thing is that offices are
just near the community. They can go directly to report their needs.
In my opinion, the reason why agriculture which is before a national government, is now
localized is because our government believes that the needs of our farmers will be immediately be
addressed if LGU will be handling it. And LGU knows to strategize to address those needs.
Just like national agencies, LGU also gives services in health, agriculture, environmental
protection and for social welfare. That is how important the involvement of LGU is in the national
economy.
