> To discuss the procurement of Proposed Construction of Five Storey City Government Building and
Proposed Construction of Malolos Public Market

3. Meeting Notes, Decisions, Issues

Meeting start around 11:30 am due to the advice of the BAC Chairman caused by the ongoing hearing
on the TRO
A TRO was filed by CGMEA to the bidding of Proposed Construction of Five Storey Malolos City Hall
and until the issues are finally ressolved by the court the bidding process will continue
The Monetary Board dont have any opinion so far
Bidders Bond should be included in the Technical Envelope
Bid Clarification will be accepted until 12:00 n.n. tomorrow Dec. 21, 2012 thru email at
acamalolos@yahoo.com/or thru representative and will be answered thru Bid Bulletin on or before
seven days before the day of Submission of Bid
Site Inspection is not a requirement to the bidding but at the expense of the owner if they fail to do so
Bids will not be accepted on the Submission of Bid from anyone if not accompanied by Authorization
Letter from the Company he represents
Bid Bulletin will be issued for the change of venue for Submission and Receiving of Bids, but initial
announcement of venue was adviced to be Malolos Sports and Convention Center
Bidders Business Permit for the year 2013 is not a ground for disqualification on the Evaluation of Bids
provided that proof of payments for the taxes / fees due are submitted
