5.1 Seller responsible range
- Process flow chart, equipment layout drawing, pipeline system layout, civil works design
condition drawing, workshop lights condition drawing, workshop embedded part working
drawing
- Factory layout, the public engineering design documents supply including water supply and
drainage, electricity distribution, boiler, air compressor and so on
- Technology, equipment operation and maintenance manuals;
- Pressure vessel documents issued by Chinese national quality technology supervision bureau;
- Project equipment debugging, operator training and other matched technology service, buyer
offers round-trip air tickets, VISA fee, salary, local food & accommodation and other related
charges for the engineer;
- Installation material matched with workshop equipment, such as pipeline, pipe fitting, valve,
instrument, cable and so on.
- Other items listed in the equipment list.

5.2 Buyer responsible range

- All construction geological exploration date and all construction drawing design;
-construction of plant building, equipment basis, bounding wall and other civil works;
- Steel structure plant, stairs and steel construction platform, transport equipment trestle and
the construction of canopy;
-all construction procedures during the construction, which need various national
competent authorities to approve and inspect by the buyer;
- All the approval and supervision procedures for pressure vessel and the special equipment ;
- After finishing installation, painting & heat insulation works for equipment and pipeline;
-construction and deal with all the approval and inspection procedures for lightning rod,
lightning network, electrostatic grounding network of solvent extraction workshop area;
-project construction site of "three connections and one leveling", responsible for unloading
and lifting when equipment transportation and installation as well as other materials;
-firefighting system, firefighting circulating water pool, firefighting pump, water and
drainage engineering construction;
- the cable for transformer, high voltage electricity distribution, low voltage
electricity distribution and the cable connected with MCC cabinet of each
workshop;
- power supplying at project site, electricity distribution cabinet and cable, also make
sure continuous safety electricity supply until the ending of the project;
-during installation & debugging, providing water, electricity, the operator and all the
raw material & auxiliary material.
5.3 The limit between Buyer and Seller
-Buyer is responsible for raw material transport to entrance of workshop feeding scraper;
-Buyer is responsible for transport water to cooling tower supplementary water entrance of
solvent extraction workshop
-Buyer is responsible for transport electricity to workshop MCC cabinet;

-Buyer is responsible for transport steam to workshop steam head;

-Buyer is responsible for transport compressed air to workshop air storage tank.
-Seller is responsible for transport meal to the entrance of meal packing scale system in
the meal packing workshop;
-Seller is responsible for transport crude oil to one meter point out of extraction workshop.
