Democracy is ancient form of government from the period of Greeks and is still the popular in today. Democracy which is created from the word demos and kratia where demos mean people and kratia mean rule, while combined democracy is defined as a people rule. . Democracy is claimed as a form of state, form of government, form of society above all it is claimed as a way of living. The Greek leader Pericles defined it as a forms of government where people are powerful , Aristotle defined it as a forms of tyranny government which is formed as polity (forms of government where middle class ruled ) get corrupted , while Abraham Lincoln defined democracy as a government of people by the people , and for the people , in common democracy is known as a the form of government where political power is vested in people . as democracy means a government in which political power is vested in the people, a question is arises as to how it is exercised from this standpoint, people exercised the political power through choosing their political leader in two form one is a direct form where they vote for the head of the state while second is a form of representative in which people vote to choose the representative. In democracy people have a right to choose the member of the government and they were chosen by the people through election, they choose the member of government in two ways by themselves and through their representative. While representative are those person who are elected by the people to spoke about their demand and rights in the legislative and they represent the people , every group of society or community have their own representative in legislative and sovereignty is held by the people's representatives. Representative is a regarded as a deputy, delegate or an agent of the particular constituency which elect him, charged primarily
with procuring legislation for the advancement of the local
interest of his constituency obtained appropriations of money for constitution of public works therein, and of securing other favor within the power of the legislature or government to below.

This is called a mixed electoral system because it is a combination of two electoral system proportional representation(PR) and a first-past-the-post (fptp) election system now it have emerged as a major alternative to strictly proportional representation and first-pastthe-post . Here it is defined as electoral systems that provide voters two votes for the legislature one for a party list in a proportional representation and one for a candidate in a singlemember district two votes, i.e. One for their district representative and one for the party list, the list vote determining the relative strength of parties in parliament. After the district winners have been determined, sufficient candidates from each party list are elected to "top-up" each party to the overall number of parliamentary seats due to it according to its overall list vote. Before apportioning list seats, so that voting for a representative automatically meant also voting for the representative's party, all list votes for parties which failed to reach the minimum threshold are discarded, the proportions for remaining parties improve. Also, voters can vote for the local person they prefer for local MP without regard for party affiliation, any direct seats won by independent candidates are subtracted from the parliamentary total used to apportion list seats. And the party which has gained the highest seat in the legislative has a legal right to form a government.
