Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

I think I did well on planning my lesson because it was going smoothly

during the day and I believe that I've been well prepared during this
lesson, and the students could talk to me freely without being shy or
hesitating they showed me the activities that they've done and asked me
to help with what they dont understand so I think that having a good
relationship with the students help you during your teaching
Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.
Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
I didnt have good class management strategies, so the students were moving around the
classroom a lot, and they were too active
The reward system which was stickers made some of the students complain that they do not
have it so I think I shouldve explained to them that you would get it if you did that or this

Personal focus for next lesson:

I will foucuse on the low level students because I was focusing on the disabled students
more then the students who are low level
