New Matter Raised:


YG- Asked to Mr. ahmed salah regarding
Aecoms weekly inspection report status.
AS- We are following up on daily basis
but did not get progressive response
from the line managers and closed out
items of the last week done by HSE
team.
YG- Mr. Yasser again clarify that all
safety personnel are responsible for
advising, monitoring, follow-up,
reporting and helping, if needed. But
implementation should be done by line
managers and their team.
MC- Advised to meeting attendees if see
any unsafe condition you have to
authority rectify it or report it to HSE
dept.
YG- Area authority must be available at
site during activity is carrying out.

Any observations/ inspection report


must be rectified and Safety
measures must be comply at site by
line managers and his team.

MC- One of our electrical engineer will


join Aecoms weekly inspection so if they
found any electrical unsafe connection
directly our electrical engineer will be
rectified the issue.
MC- I will distribute electrical
departments emergency chart to line
managers and if they need any help just
call them.

YG- Instructed to line managers safety


induction training should have a high priority for
newcomers whenever they come from inform to
HSE dept. for safety induction.
