1. The promoter is: Jamberry Independent Consultant, Kymberley Butcher.

2. Independent consultants of Jamberry, employees of Jamberry or their family members or
anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition
shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The only costs
will be entrants own use of their internet, electricity etc.
4. Closing date for entry will be December 12, 2016, after this date, no further entries to the
competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. There will be a total of one winner. The winner will win the Jamberry TruShine Gel
Enamel System, valued at retail $173.00.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. To be eligible for the draw, you must complete the
survey on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/jamberrynailsau
8. The competition starts November 16 at 18:30:00 PM and finishes December 12 at 11:59:59
PM. The winner will be drawn on December 13 at 18:30:00PM with the winner announced
on the same day through our Facebook page.
9. The winner will be notified by Facebook message within 3 hours of the draw date, as will
the public. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of
notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a
replacement winner.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any
personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance
with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the
entrants prior consent.
11. The promoter will request an Australian postal address so the prize can be delivered. If
the winner refuses to provide an Australian postal address, then it will be assumed that the
prize has been forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be chosen.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are
subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of
equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any
third party connected with this competition.
14. The prize winners and those entering must be Australian residents and all winners may
need to provide valid identification of proof of residency to the Promoter in order to claim a
prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, both winners may be required
to forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered. Proof of identification, residency, and
entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
15. Winners will be chosen at random by software provided by WooBox.com from all entries
received and verified by Promoter and or its agents on Facebook.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act
of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other
event outside of the promoters control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The promoters decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Privacy Act 1988
and the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
