EC6211 CIRCUITS AND DEVICES LABORATORY

1. Conduct a suitable experiment to plot the I-V characteristics of the given PN junction
diode and mark the forward current, reverse current and knee voltage.

2. Plot the V-I characteristics of Zener Diode and determine the Dynamic resistance in both
forward bias and reverse bias.

5. Conduct an experiment to determine the transfer characteristics of JFET and determine
