1. Conduct an experiment to determine the forward bias and reverse bias characteristics of
PN junction diode. Also determine the static resistance, dynamic resistance and reverse
resistance from the obtained characteristics.

2. Conduct an experiment to determine the forward bias and reverse bias characteristics of

Zener diode. Also determine the dynamic resistance and breakdown voltage for the given
zener diode.

3. Conduct an experiment to determine the input and output characteristics of Common

Emitter Configuration. Also determine the values of h-parameters from the obtained V-I
characteristics.
