Topic 1: International commercial centre


Introduction:
A commercial centre is a global network of trade and business which serves
millions of companies today across the world. A commercial centre brings together
business and government agencies involved in international trade, provide essential
trade services and stimulates the economy of the country.
International commercial centre is dedicated to goals such as * Encouraging mutual assistance and cooperation among the members through
business and trade.
*Delivery of trade and global trade promotion.
*It supplies businesses with access to international trade services and facilities and
seeks to simplify and stimulate trade by bringing together the offices of government
and industry that serve and carry on trade.

Aims and objective:


* To promote economy and prosperity through international trade by providing a
host of trade services to help access global business and capital.
* International commercial centre puts all the services associated with global
commerce under one roof. It is a business shopping centre complementing and
supporting the services of the private and the government agencies.
* To elaborate on development of such premise with a knowhow of its special
investment related to real estate portion as to realize the revenue of aspect of the
project.
* To produce a design which is economically viable to the business needs of that zone.

Site Details:
The proposed site is in newly developing area of Noida techzone 1. Opposite
Gautam buddh university. 20 minutes driveway from DND flyway. Proximity to night
safari, India expo centre .well connected to Yamuna expressway

Topic 2: Hindon riverfront development


Introduction:
Structures across rivers have been built since the times immemorial until
this day. Logjams and bamboo bridges to concrete and steel structure. However the
rapidity at which rivers are being stopped, bridged, dammed and altered has begun
to reach alarming positions that threatens the very life of the river.
River Hindon as it flows through highly urbanized corridor of NCR is a matter of
concern because of pollution, construction across the river and encroachment of
flood plains. The eviction of poor slum dwellers in pockets along the bank of Hindon
was a phase when the city administration prided itself with saving the river.

Aims and objective:


The aim of this project would be transforming Hindon riverfront as a unique cultural
platform with recreational and entertainment facilities serving the city, its people and
tourist with new dimension meaning and scale of development. The riverfront
development shall be envisage get as a citys identity on its waterfront.
*to develop a multi-dimensional environmental improvement, social upliftment and
urban rejuvenation project.
*make the Hindon riverfront accessible to the public well as to stop the flow of sewage,
keep Hindon clean and pollution free.
The riverfront qualities comprise of:

land use management

Topic 3: Climate resilient Housing.


Introduction
Climate resilient can be generally defined as the capacity to absorb external
stresses imposed by climatic change and adapt, reorganize and evolve into more
desirable configuration to improve the sustainability of the system.
Climate resilience depends on two factors:*migration
*adaptation
Migration (to climate change) is an intervention to reduce the sources or enhance the
sinks of greenhouse gases.
Adaptation (to climate change) is an adjustment in response to climate change impact
which moderates harm or exploits beneficial opportunities.

Aims and objective:


* To study the climatology factor of hot and humid climate and design a climate
responsive housing.
* To minimize the negative environment impact of building by resource efficiency.
*To identify recyclable material or reusing waste material for building.
*To study energy conservation method.

ATS group has launched a new residential project known as ATS pristine situated in
sector 150 Noida near Noida, Greater Noida expressway and Yamuna expressway.
