Narrative Text.
Last Thursday, when Alan was cycling home from school, he saw an unattended bag on a bench. There was nobody around. He
waited for a while but nobody came. Alan did not want to leave the bag on the bench in case somebody walked away with it.
After some time, he took the bag home and opened it. He was shocked to find a notebook computer and lots of money in it.
Alan was tempted to keep it as he really needed a notebook computer. Then, he realised that the owner would be worried and
would search for it everywhere. It was not Alans to keep. Moreover, Alan knew it was wrong to keep something that did not belong to
you.
Alan looked into the bag and found a name card. He called the owner and told him that he had found his bag.
Mr Samuel, the owner, was so happy to hear the good news. He was very grateful too as there were many important
documents in his notebook computer. He drove to Alans house to get his bag and rewarded Alan for his honesty.
