I knew something was up when the eye doctor came and got
me from the waiting room on a routine eye checkup for Tom. Life
is full of surprises for sure and our God can take care of
anything!
Special points of interest: In one year Toms right eye developed a major cataract and his

vision in that eye is currently 20/300. His left eye took over for

You are an extended hand. eye surgeon on July 16th. We thank God that it wasnt
something more serious. Its our understanding that the doctor

will do one eye one week and then the next eye as the left eye
also has a cataract. We will keep you posted and we thank you for your
prayers.
Checkup time for me, can you believe its been over a year since I had the skin
cancer surgery. I saw the dermatologist last week and am cancer free! God is
so good!
In late April I was called by our church organization that they want to do an
article about our ministry in the July issue of the PCG Messenger. We have
been given 4 pages, I have reviewed the article and I am blown away. They

As night drew near this man did what he did every night, for it seemed to him to be
just another lonely night but unannounced to him the new day would bring a
change to his life that he would never be able to forget.
He was rudely awakened by voices that were arguing amongst themselves shouting
to each other "WHO IS THIS MAN THAT EVEN THE WINDS AND WAVES OBEY HIM?
He rustled out of his groggy state and thought to himself who was this that would
be tormenting him today? Why wouldn't they just leave well enough alone? He
peered out of the cave trying to clear his blurry vision and avoiding the bright sun
that was glaring in his eyes he noticed many figures but one in particular. This man
he could not take his eyes off of, this man had a calming and loving look about him
even his very posture produced Peace. Peace he thought to himself was something
that he had not experienced since the loss of his wife and children almost 15 years
ago to the day. He thought to himself who was this gentle man and could he
possibly help or would he turn out to be yet another heckler? He watched the man
for what seemed like hours and knew that he needed to get to him he would be his
last resort, either he will give me what I need or I will die here in these caves alone.
The voices in his head were telling him conflicting things but he went with his heart
instead. And with that he ever so slowly moved towards the shore where this man
was standing. When he was close enough in ears reach he could hear the others
calling this gentle man Jesus. He knew he was noticed by the others so he fell to
his knees and crawled to the man they called Jesus and cried out in a loud voice
"Jesus have mercy on ME", instantly others tried to push him away but Jesus
stopped them and knelt down beside this man and grabbed his hands and looked
into his lost eyes and proclaimed "Today you shall be free." Something that he had
searched for almost 15 years was given to him in an instant. Freedom physically,
mentally, and emotionally were all found that day. No one or nothing could touch
this man like those words and declaration that was spoken over him by Jesus,
"Today you shall be free."

On Dec. 20, 1994 a young scared 17 year old boy, if you would of had that
chance to ask me then if I felt free I would of laughed in your face like you had
just asked me a joke. Locked in an Adult Prison doing a 20 to 40 year sentence
I felt anything but Free! Scared yes, angry yes, confused yes, alone yes, but
free heck no! But through Love and Devotion for years from Family and
Friends and through the birth of JPM the Lord was able to speak those
amazing words into my life, "Today Jeremiah you shall be free."
Today almost 1 6 years later I am still proclaiming those words "Today you
shall be free" even though I am still physically incarcerated. Through the
support of JPM and my Family and Beautiful Fiance Valerie, God continues to
unveil the plans that he has for my life of Freedom in Him. Freedom of any sort
comes at a cost and should be worth fighting for, many have given the
ultimate sacrifice with their lives, but the greatest sacrifice that was given for Jeremiah & Valerie
our Freedom was that of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, "TODAY YOU
SHALL BE FREE! Jeremiah Reynolds
