Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji,

First of all as a responsible citizen of India I would like to salute you for the
Super Surgical Strike by way of Demonetization. Really for the first time in the
history of independence era we have seen such a bold and much required step
taken by you and your government and I really appreciate and am with the
government in this movement.
The real fallout of the said demonetization in the minds of the general public is
the non- availability of smaller denomination currency notes in exchange of the
Rs 2000/- note released in the market. The present situation of panic among
the general public is created for the same reason.
I have made a brief study of the market and accordingly I have a few
suggestions to make, and if implemented, the present crisis situation can be
resolved immediately. We have roughly around 2 lakh ATMs across the
country. If the banks can load these ATMs with only new currency notes of Rs.
500/- , then these banks will need around Rs.30,000 crores per day. The
withdrawal limit at Rs.2,500/- per day from an ATM may be kept as it is.
Whereas, the withdrawals from the Bank branches should be done in
denominations of Rs.2,000/- note and lower denominations(except new
currency notes of Rs.500/-). In no circumstances the new currency note of
Rs.500/- should be disbursed in the bank branches. If this transaction of
loading of currency notes of Rs.500/- in the ATMs is repeated continuously for
three days, then the normal circulation of exchange of money will start rolling
and there by the situation will come to normalcy within 3-4 days. So according
to me if the ATMs start working round the clock like they were earlier, then
people will feel at ease and they will understand that the situation has come to
normal and thereby the panic situation will cease to exist.
