Sub: Change of Name Consumer No. 409-355-001 Meter No. C031433

Sir/Madam,
With reference to your letter no. 43792 dt. 25.07.2016 relating
to objection to Change of Name of the aforesaid Electric Meter situated at
24/26, Keshavji Jadhavji Building, Israil Mohalla, Street, Chinchbunder,
Mumbai 400 009, I put forward the points of concern that the Authority might
before dealing consider
1. I say that in and around the year of 2002/2003, I had acquired tenancy
with respect to the aforesaid premises from Keshavji Jadhavji Trust
(Hereinafter referered to as the said Trust for the sake of brevity).
2. I say that pursuant to the acquisition of Tenancy, the said Trust being the
Landlord handed over its No-Objection Letter for the change of name
relating to BEST meter from its previous tenant to the my name.

3. I say that I was extremely shocked and surprised to learn and observe
that the said Trust in collusion and alliance with its Trustee(s) has illegally
and wrongfully dispossessed me from the said Shop without following due
process of law and I further say that the I have learnt from reliable
sources that the said Trust has illegally and with ulterior motive changed
the Tenancy rights with respect to the said Shop without obtaining any
Surrender of Tenancy from me and also without following due process of
law.
4. I say that I am the legal and rightful tenant of the said Trust since the year
2002/2003 till date and I have not executed any document in favour of
such change of name.
5. I say that up to the month of May 2016 all dues relating to the aforesaid
meter has been paid and cleared off.
6. I say that I have grave apprehension for the safety of my right in respect
of the aforesaid Premises. I say that the alleged Consumer who has
approached the Authority has not right to deal with the aforesaid
premises without my written consent/approval. I say that the alleged
Consumer is playing fraud and mischief in alliance with the Trust and is
illegally obtaining third party right with respect to the said premises.

7. I say that if any consumer approaching the BEST Authority deals with
change of name of BEST electric meter, no loss or harm of any nature
whatsoever can be possibly caused to that consumer, however if the
change of name commences or in the event the Authority proceed with
the change of name grave and irreparable loss harm will be caused to me.

8. I say that in such event of grave anticipation of loss of tenancy through

illegal means adopted by Trust or the consumer approaching you, I,
through my Advocate, am in the process of instituting suit against the
said trust.

9. I say that under my instruction and advice received from my Advocate, I

have prayed inter alia for granting injunction from withholding or
changing name of the aforesaid Electric meter.

10.I say that therefore in the interest of justice and considering the above
facts, I request you and BEST Authority not to proceed with change of
name with respect to meter no. C031433 of Consumer no. 409-355-001
as such change shall cause grave loss and irreparable damage to me.
