P3 and P3/4 November 2016 Our Castles Context Our context has been going well. We have been learning about why castles were built in the past, where and when they were constructed. We have put together a learning wall which the children labelled with castle vocabulary. We have looked at Stirling and Edinburgh castles inside and enjoyed our visit from Google when we were able to use technology to experience a castle visit. We are also beginning to look at castle characters and make some clothing from the past. We hope to share our learning soon, We are hoping to construct castles in our teams from junk. Please could parents/carers of P3 and P3/4 children look out any unwanted junk and bring in to school for the end of November. Christmas Concert As part of the run up to Christmas P3 and P3/4 will be writing the Christmas story and will present their learning at the Christmas Concert. i Pam Wider Achievement Time P3 and P3/4 are enjoying planning their activities for our Christmas Fayre. We are hoping to be the winners and make the most profit!
