Accommodation fees are not refundable

unless cancelled in writing at least 28
days prior to arrival in Hong Kong.

All refunds will be made via electronic

transfer only. No cash refunds.

A Certificate of Completion is only

issued to students if requested and if
they have attended over 80% of the
course studied. A HKD50 administration
fee is charged for additional copies.

When the Hong Kong Observatory

announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or
above will be hoisted within two hours,
all classes will be immediately
suspended.

Students will not be notified by Q

Language if classes are cancelled due
to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black
Rainstorm Warning. Students are
advised to pay attention to radio or
television broadcasts. If in doubt, please
