1. round: ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in slip knot eleven times, link with
a sl st to

2. round: ch 3 (counts as dc), dc and tr in next st, 3 tr in next st, tc and

dc in next st, 2 hdc, 2 dc and 1tr and 2 dc in following st, 2 hdc, 1 dc
and 1 tr in next st, 3 tr in next st, 1 1 tr and 1 dc in next st, 3 ch, link it to
the 1.round with a sl st.

3. round: 3 sc in the ch of the 2. round, *2 dc in one st* repeat from *to*4times, 5 dc, 2 dc
in next st, 1 dc and 1 tr and 1 dc in next st, 2 dc in 1 st, 5 dc, *2 dc in 1 st* repeat 4 times
from * to *,3 sc in chs of the 2. round, link with sl st to 2. round.

Now ch 3 (counts as 1. dc), turn the heart around and dc in blo 42

times, link with sl st to first dc, ch 3 ( counts as 1. dc), dc 42 times,
link with a sl st to 1. dc of the round.

If you like, do 1 round crabstitches, for a

nicer brim.

Fill it with whatever you like. These hearts are

filled with candy.

crabstitches: Insert hook into stitch to the right. Yarn over. Pull yarn through and out of the
stitch. Two loops on hook. Yarn over. Pull through both loops. One reverse sc, or crab
stitch, made.
