Engineered and manufactured under ISO and API quality management systems, AXONs top drives
feature a small footprint and high torque output. With over a decade of field-proven reliability,
our patented top drives are designed with customer needs in mind, including rig adaptability
and ease of rig up/rig down.

Products that PerformTM

Our top drives were built on the foundation of innovative drilling products
developed by FDS*. After over a decade of field-proven reliability, FDS
joined the AXON team. This strategic partnership resulted in enhanced
production, global aftermarket services and further product development,
including a new line of electric top drives.

Manufacturing Capabilities

AXONs three drilling products locations include two API 8C-licensed

manufacturing facilities specialized in top drives. Our 130,000 ft2 Houston
facility serves as the major hub for designing, testing and manufacturing.
Additionally, the Canada Operations is advantageously located in West
Edmonton to effectively serve international customers.

Field Services

AXON technicians provide worldwide field maintenance and repair

service, as well as onsite installation and equipment operation training.

Repair / Recertification

As a full line manufacturer, our drilling products group offers repair and
recertification services for API 8C equipment. We ensure traceability
through AXONs QMS, as well as certification documents and quality

AXON maintains a large inventory of the most requested spare parts

to provide you with the shortest turnaround time possible. All parts

blocks to hydraulic power units, these robust products are designed to

Drawworks

Available up to 9,000 hp, the configurable AXON Drawworks is designed

utilizing modular sub-assemblies for ease of assembly, operation, and
maintenance. For example, with this modular arrangement, the drum can
be removed and replaced without affecting the drive components.

Hydraulic Power Units

Our modular HPU features a compact design and simplified flow paths
for maximum power in a small footprint. Seawater-cooled for added
efficiency, the HPU is also designed for serviceability, including ease of
access, operation, and maintenance.

Drillers Cabins

AXON drillers cabins provide a safe and efficient working environment

for drilling, intervention, and process controls. These drillers cabins are
engineered with a focus on reducing human stress and noise, while
providing maximum line-of-sight for the operators from inside the cabin.

Local Equipment Rooms

AXON supplies a wide range of integrated, local equipment rooms (LER)

Rigscope Drilling Control Systems

Our RigscopeTM drilling control system delivers optimal performance and

a longer lifetime of efficiency. In addition to its superior data logging
functionalities, the system improves safety, reliability, monitoring and
maintenance functions on your overall drilling operations.

VFD Drive System

The AXON VFD Drive System is engineered to deliver precise torque

control, enhanced drilling and tripping efficiency, and simplified
maintenance. Moreover, as part of the VFD System, AXON provides
engine and generator controls, as well as MCCs.

Derick Master-2 Automatic Drillers

Our DM-2 Automatic Driller is a compact yet powerful control package

that allows for exceptional block speed regulation for DC or AC rigs.
Available with options for drawworks with disk or band brakes, AXONs
DM-2 incorporates continuous monitoring of position and hookload.
