Career Objective
Seeking an undergraduate research assistant role where I can use and improve on my
science research and teamwork skills. My long term interests are in physics and I am eager to
begin a career with it.
I finished my HSC in 2016. In achieving this, I have shown myself to be self-motivated,
committed and determined in achieving my goals, come what may.

Duties
Guided a class of photography students through a hiking trail in a big forest
in Brazil. I was giving information on all the animals, where and how to find
them and which ones were safe to handle for their photographies. This
required good communication skills and an ability to simplify things for
people who are unfamiliar with nature.

Assisted primary school students in making their projects about the importance
of protecting the little penguins of manly. We explained why they are becoming
endangered and how we can raise awareness to help protect little penguins.

Duties
A group of students and the leading teacher met up a few days a week to practice songs together as a band. I
was taught how to read sheet music and play various instruments. This led me to take interest in the piano
which I eventually purchased a year later.

I am one of the point people preparing to load the appropriate tools for specific jobs for departure from
the shop, maintaining areas and equipment on the jobsite, and perform tasks such as laying out the tools for the
job. This requires close observance of all safety issues involved in Tree work as well as skills that support the
work performed by the Tree Crew, allowing a smooth flow of productivity at the job-site.

Interests
Hiking and using the telescope in remote areas, interacting with animals and nature, playing the
piano, physical exercise, and mostly discovering things (mainly) through science. I have an
enthusiasm for knowledge and seeking answers about the world.
