UNIT: Visual Storytelling: Basic Shots & CAPS, Focus Statement

Lesson Overview: This lesson focuses on reviewing and reinforcing visual storytelling tools: basic shots, composition, angle,

positioning, and sequencing.


Learning Objective: SWBAT

to be able to identify and use Visual Storytelling tools to produce a video.


demonstrate their understanding of basic shots and CAPS (composition, angles, positioning, and sequencing) of basic
visual storytelling, in a :30 - 1:00 video.
