Reflection on Career Plan.

Who am I ?
From my expereiance I descovered that, I am I have an ability to be
strong driven person , who can be incharg for group of people, and
lead others to the aimed step.
I enjoy working with children since I started joining school tables. In
addition to that, I like to interact with people from different
nationalities, rejoins, and religions. Because I believe that helps in
gaining different information and exchanging knowledge.

Education:
Recently I am studding at year 4 Education Bachelor Degree in at
HCTWC. My closest education plan is to continue my studying to
have Master .Moreover, my ather plan is to have courses such as IT
or communication-skill , because that will help me with my future
nursery business .

Employment :
My previous working experience was with National Bank of ADH .
last position was Assistant Manager of a branch. I have a Senior
office position in Customer Service.
Also I worked with verity od public and government schools at Ras
AL khaimah.

Personal Preferences:
-Being involved in social tasks where I can present my efforts.
Because I believe that all of us are belonging to each other which
are consisting the community. Thus, I like to present my best efforts
helping others as much as I can .

Values:
-My time: I believe that time is valuable, because when I have
enough time for my-self, that will reflect on me in optimistic way,
which will reflect positively on my students.
-Morals: one of my morals, that working with ladies only. Because
Islamic and social roles in addition to personal believes.

Limitations:
-My physical situation :

One of the main limitations for my future career plan is my

treatment. That will be covered by help of God very soon.
In general my short term plan for work is to have my Bachelor
Degree . While for family side is to help family in fixing some
situations. On the other hand. The long term foe my work is to
establish my own nursery. However, my long term plan with my
family to support family situations.

Current Skills, Knowledge, and experience.

-IT.
-Human resource.
-Interpersonal .
-quick learner.
I gained all of those experiences from previous work placement,
collage, and schools. But I have strong believe that I need to
develop those skills as a part of my future plan, to add more, or to
innovate something new, such as : gaining extra support about
technical networking, having appropriate purposive foundation
English Reading and Writing., participating in educational workshops
to gain extra educational experience which supports
communication skills in English.

Action Plan.
-Develop plan to pass the ailment . Then to continue MBA studies .
-To gather both of teaching practice experience with Bank
background in establishing my own nursery.
