Henry Schein Spain Team Members Bring Access to

Medical Care to the Most Disadvantaged
Madrid, November 16, 2016 - Members of Henry Schein's team have taken the spirit of
Henry Schein Cares, the company's corporate social responsibility program, while on
vacation to different countries to develop access to medical care, which is one of the
objectives of the Henry Schein Cares program for at-risk populations and developing
countries.
Oscar Fuentes was with the Akkan tribe and the Shiang Mai orphanage in northern Thailand;
Marc Gelp with the Massai tribe in Olpopongi and the Hazbare tribe in Maymara in
Tanzania; and Sandra Alda in a refugee settlement in Athens, Greece. Each of them has not
only voluntarily helped disadvantaged groups to receive, among other things, basic dental
hygiene materials, but their involvement in performing these altruistic tasks has had the best
reward to expect: the smile of all those who have taken this help and the satisfaction of
having helped those who need it. The products have been donated by Henry Schein to
support these actions of their team members.
