AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, ELIZABETH F. COLANGCO, single, of legal age, Filipino, and with
residence and postal address at Zone 1, Barangay La Paz, Zamboanga City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with the law, do
hereby and depose and say:
1. That I am currently working as a saleslady at the KCC Mall de Zamboanga
in Barangay Camino, Zamboanga City for more than four (4) months
already;
2. That I know Victoria Vicky Duterte, because she is a childhood friend
and we applied together in KCC de Zamboanga and were accepted as
salesladies assigned in the Cosmetics Section;
3. That I consider myself to be a close friend of Victoria Vicky Duterte and
that we share a lot of traits in common; we can say anything to each other
including gossips or matters of the heart;
4. That about two months ago, Victoria Vicky Duterte approached me
during our break time, looking sad and stressed. Containing her tears, she
informed me that Rodrigo Perez broke up with her for another woman. I felt
sorry for my friend and comforted her because I know how much she loved
Rodrigo, who is from our Barangay La Paz and I am a witness to their story;
5. After she stopped crying, I noticed that her faced turned sour and angry and
she declared Punyeta le, tiene le kumigo dia. Despues de todo, hende le
puede keda alegre. Worried and concerned, I asked her what she meant and
she just laughed off and replied Cosa ya gat tu, hende man kuntigo puede
ase broma? And so I shrugged off her remarks and continued with my
work;
6. That on June 11, 2016, Victoria Vicky Duterte came up to me during our
break time and told me tiene ya iyo plano pakilaya kun Rodrigo manda
sinti duele. Mira lang gat le. It did not make any sense to me what she
meant. I asked her how will she make Rodrigo B. Perez pay but she just
smiled and showed me a white powder in transparent sachet, which she said
she got it from a friend;
7. That on June 14, 2016, I was shocked to hear the news from the
neighbourhood that Victoria Vicky Duterte was allegedly raped by
Rodrigo B. Perez;

8. That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts.
