Now that you have explored and familiarized yourself with QR Codes, and determined what
criteria are most important, you will use that knowledge to develop an QR lesson for your
students using QR codes.

Process: You will approach the development of your lesson as an instructional designer. You must
think of your objectives, correlating standards, TPACK, and more.

hunt components.
1. On what content area and topic: I am focusing on Math. The Topic is on the Fibonacci
sequence
2. On which standards will you focus? Content Area: Mathematics. Standard: 2. Patterns,
Functions, and Algebraic Structures VI. Write a function defined by an expression in
different but equivalent forms to reveal and explain different properties of the function.
3. Write an appropriate objective: Students will be able to identify, solve for, and use the
Fibonacci sequence

Theme: Hunting for sequence in real world
Final product: a list of real world examples and understanding of sequence
Assess/Student Mastery: Students will be assessed by having to pick out examples of the
sequence for a variety of images (from nature, art, and science) and draw the shape. They will be
asked to solve for the first few digits, graph the sequence on a graph, and explain the correlation
between the shape and the numbers.
