1 Leader and Sub-Leader must be present from each Kaizen event
2 Facilitator\Sensai present
3 All attending are required to stay for the entire meeting

1 Each team will be given 10 minutes to present current status
2 Presentation are to be done by overhead projector

Presentation Format
Purpose:
1 To develop a consistency in reporting improvements

1 All participants will be present in the presentation
2 Team Leader to introduce team

3 Video to be played during presentation(if available)
Contents: Presentation contents and order
1 Team Leader introduces and explains the reason for the event.
'-Review the Target Sheet and Explain goals of the Event
6 Show the Cycle Time Bar chart BEFORE and AFTER the event.
7 Show Target sheet to indicate the percent improvements made
during the event.
8 Show Newspaper to display the three items left open for the area
to address within 30 days.
