License Agreement
The contents of this download are licensed, not sold to you by Out Of Your Shell Sounds. Ownership
remains with Out Of Your Shell Sounds . Copying, duplication, lending or reselling of this product or its
contents in whole or part are strictly prohibited. This non-exclusive license is granted for a single-user
only on a global basis for the full copyright protection period. The license is non-transferable. You cannot
electronically transfer the sound samples or place them on a sharing website of any kind (Dropbox,
Zippyshare etc) enable the sounds for download, or release in another sample pack(without written
consent from Out Of Your Shell Sounds) All rights of the producer and the owner of the work are
reserved. Unauthorized duplication of this download is a violation of applicable laws.
The buyer may use these sounds in personal and commercial productions as the sounds are 100% royalty
free. Once purchased and/or downloaded, the buyer obtains the rights to use these sounds within their
compositions without having to pay anything.
Out Of Your Shell Sounds may ask for proof of purchase anytime.
If the buyer violates any part of this agreement, they shall be held accountable for any damages they may
have caused as well as any and all legal fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario Canada,
in whos courts shall have complete jurisdiction to hear any dispute.
