Group project ( Any topic related to recent advancement in the field of
Biological Science )

Topic Selection
The first step of your assignment outline is the most exciting it is the time
to be imaginative and find an exciting topic for your research. Your content
needs to be interesting; focused on a specific Public Health issues in
context of Developing Countries or Bangladesh .
Each group can select their own topic and discuss it with the instructor.
However, You need to remember that your research also needs to have an
academic significance and Marking of the Report will based on the several
factors :
75% on the Report
1.How unique your topic is
2.How are you relating the associated factors with problem / issue /
developing the easy and mentioning the key points .
3.How realistic your assignment is / and most importantly presentation and
coherence
Note: It Is expected from the students to understand the rules
regarding plagiarism. Hence, all the works presented in this report
should be their own except where otherwise stated. E.g Statistical
data's and pictures .
25% on the PowerPoint presentation

Report Structure : Since it's a group assignment and maximum word limit
is 2000 words . The report should be precise and on point . You can use some
statistical data's to support your issue but use of proper Reference is a must .
FORMAT OF ASSIGNMENTS
Format will be one of the requirements that you should meet in your
assignments, so please
take care of the following:
Clarity; the language must be clear, understandable and at a sufficiently
high university
standard. Make sure the reader understands when you express your own
ideas and opinions, and when you refer to sources and other peoples
opinions or research
Coherence: Try to keep your paper short, concise and coherent. As you
have limited space for
your written assignments, it is important with a clear focus and structure in
order to make
room for a complete answer/ report .
Argumentation; if argumentation is part of the assignment, the arguments
must be
relevant, important and adequate. Support your arguments and basic facts
with
references.
Academic; research methods and resources must be anchored in scientific
and
analytical sources.
References; references must be properly used and done according to the
instructions
above throughout the paper. For references use in text citation and list
references at the
end of the assignment (use Oxford or Harvard System). Include page
numbers in your
references.

Write your assignments in single space, size 12 font Times New Roman.
Always write
your name( group name and members name : include a cover page ) on the
first page of your paper.
