Programs typically face difficulty in measuring several affective domain outcomes like the ABET student outcome “Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams”.

With extensive research coupled with practical experience of working in teams A very practical instrument has

practical instrument has been developed that streamlines faculty effort to collect critical
information for the measurement of teamwork and professional ethics performance
indicators using easily applicable rubrics. This instrument also provides valuable
feedback to different stake holders like students, program faculty, management and IAB
for continuous improvement.
I am confident that complete or part implementation of various sections of this
instrument will facilitate easy measurement of team work and professional ethics
outcomes by the faculty members of various programs especially for the capstone
design courses projects.
Faculty are challenged with issues like the information to collect, evidence to show and
evaluation of collected data for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
