position name then click
on delimt and then on
assignment

Click on tick mark

Click on NO

Before delimiting any user-id please remove the user from PPOME first , then change the validity date.
This is to be done mainly in ECC production system( top priority) , ECC quality as well , it is not required in rest of
the system
