Hospital is integral part of developed health care system, through health development
plan, so hospital development can't escape from health developmen one materialize in

comprise nurse in going process to care patient. Performanc is usufruct good person job
amount and also quality, performance can constitute individual and also group,
presenting result job not only circumscribed, but also to on the whole position in
organisational. One of the ways to gives work variation to staff with arranges rotasi job.
This research identify rotasi's performing influence nurse performance. This
observational population is nurse which have once experienced rotasi job at RSUD dr. H.
Koesnadi, outgrows sample as much 35 respondents. Technics take full scale sampling.
Instrument to gather data is kuesioner. Observational result 31 person (51,4%) Nurse at
dr.H. Koesnadi hospital Bondowoso declares for rotasi's performing just fine. Executor
nurse performance at dr. H. Koesnadi hospital Bondowoso a considerable part is on
enough level, it was pointed out to usufruct research (5,7% good, 82,9%fine and 11,4%
less). Rotasi's performing influence job to Nurse performance at dr. H. Koesnadi hospital
Bondowoso. Observational recommendation which is: Need to be done by performing
policy juggle rotasi job. In the effort increase ministering quality management needs to
mark sense place policy nurses by interest quiz performing internally. So accountability
and care taste gets more worked up.
