Re: Broken 3DS
Ive been a pleased customer with the Nintendo consoles for four years. However,
six weeks ago my 3DS stopped to charging, since then Ive had to purchase another
charger.
I bought my Aqua Blue Nintendo 3DS 4 years ago and I experienced no issues with
it until recently when it stopped charging even though the charger was properly
plugged in. I assumed it was an issue with the charger I purchased a new one, still
my 3DS refused to charge.
As compensation I would like a new DS, I was disappointed with the fact that my DS
one day stopped working. Thank you for your time and I am confident that your
company will help to solve this issue; I look forward to hearing your response.
