Objetivo de la Actividad:
Descripcin de la experiencia:

Students will learn and identify names of some farm


animals, animals that they can observe more easily in
their context.
It started with the game: "Throw the dice", according to
the number answer the question: 1. Name and point out
five colors, 2. What are your mother's name ?, 3. Point to
your nose and ears, 4. Draw four eyes ... Then they heard
the song The Little Chicks and according to this song

answer, which Are animals mentioned in the song? Where


do animals live in the song?
In the presentation the students watched the video OLD
MALDONALD. Then I showed them pictures of animals
and they answered the question: How do you say____ in
english?
During the practice activities we played in the magic box,
the students were taking a file and they said the name of
the animal that had taken. Then, in their worksheet in the
labyrinth they had to follow the path that the animal
carried with its corral.

I learned in this lesson that students try to relate the


vocabulary they learn in English to the vocabulary of
their mother tongue, for example, they related chicken
to chewing gum. This method they used unknowingly is
very important in learning a second language, when
students relate words with a similar word or something
funny is easier to learn the second language.
I consider, that sometimes, the difficulty I have is a little
pronunciation but I'm working on it.
I think I've tried to use different strategies for each
class, I try to make my students feel motivated to learn.
To continue striving as a teacher to provide a good
teaching to students and get them to enjoy their
learning.
