Preparation before treatment:

1. please connect cryolipolysis handle and laser pads with the machine first,then start
to add water.
2.Add enough water into the machine:

Water Adding:
1. open the inlet hole and overflow hole
2. Connect the water funnel to the inlet hole, start adding purified water until water
flows out from the overflow hole, then close the inlet hole.

Exposure to cooling via energy extraction causes fat cell apoptosis a natural,
controlled cell death which leads to the release of cytokines and other

Inflammatory cells gradually digest the affected fat cells in the months after the

What makes the procedure different from other non-invasive modalities for fat

How It Works
With the Cryolipolysis Coolsculpting procedure, a specially designed cooling
applicator is applied to the desired area of fat reduction to extract energy
(cooling) from the underlying fat tissue without damage to other tissues. The
applicator cup uses a gentle vacuum pressure to draw the tissue between the

Treatment of Cryolipolysis

Treatment settings:
1. The treatment time at each body site is 30-60 minutes (depending
on the thickness of the fat and health status).
General guide is:
0 to 5degrees, 60minutes, for less fatness people
-5 to 0 degrees,45 mintues,for medium fatness,
-10 to -5 degrees,30 minutes for extremely fatness
2.You can only treat cellulite part by part,for example,to dissolve cellulite of the entire
waist,you need to complete several courses.(please do not treat more than two parts
of body in the same course of treatment)
3.Take another cooling procedure at the same position 2months after the first
course,which can reduce the extra fat layer thickness,twice treatment can enhance
the effect of cryolipolysis
4.the freezing fat treatment designed for localized hypertrophic fat accumulation
area,physical healthy people,but not suitable for oversall obesity. Treatment mainly for
a particular part,such as

Antifreeze membrane for skin:
Qualified antifreeze membrane is necessary to avoid frostbite during the treatment
process when the temperature is reduced to 0 to -10 degrees. (Consumables,

Treatment process:
1.Test the heart rate of the patient before the treatment,whether it is
normal(50-100),and ask him whether there is other disease inapplicable to the
treatment
2. Check the fat thickness.
3. Clean the targeted area, remove the hair around.
4. Mark the size of the treatment area.
5. Apply the antifreeze membrane on the treatment area.
6. Paste the antifreeze membrane on the treatment area.

7. Set work time ,set temperate on the touch screen of machine

8. Use the freezing handle to suck the skin of treatment area gently, and then set the
time of the vacuum suction and release (for example: suction to be 2s, release 0.5s)
the longer the suction time, the shorter the release time,the stronger the suction

9. After 25-30 minutes of treatment, press the pause button to suspend the
suction, check and add antifreeze fluid.
10. Repeat Step 9until the completion of the treatment [once again press
the start button to repeat], after that, turn off the power.
Considerations after treatment
After the treatment, skin injury, minor frostbite, or pigment mayoccur, pay attention
to take good care of it.

Points for attention:

1. The machine must be operated by professionals.
2. Do use antifreeze membrane.during the treatment,make sure the membrane cover
the targeted part completely,otherwise frostbite may occure.
3.some clients may occur frostbite reaction,if so,raise the cooling temperature.(for
example,raise it from -10 to -5)
4. The patient cannot receive the treatment if he/she has following
medical electronic equipment:
--Implanted cardiac pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices;
--Life-support artificial heart-lung machine or other equipment;
--Portable ECG measurement device;
5. The following patients shall have the professional doctors consent before using the
machine

Announcementes on clinical:
Freezing fat machine can freeze fat,at the same time,it may have the following risks:
1. now research shows that individual who has skin without cold-resistance will have
cold injury phenomenon when choosing -5 or below. We suggest 0~ 5 for
this kind of crowd.
2. for customers who use it for the first time,they shouldnt choose below -8. -8
to -10 is suitable for fat layer thickness reaching 55mm or more.please dont
use it if the fat is less than 55mm,otherwise it will have risk of cold injury.
3. for helping the handle to suck in the skin at the beginning of treatment,you can
choose high vacuum suction,but after 2 minutes,please lower the suction time,as
too long suction will increase risk of skin blisters.
4. cold injure phenolmenon: check the targeted part,and you may have cold injury if
the skin becomes harder or has lump,please use warm towel(42 degrees) to cover
the skin for 10 minutes. The treated part will have blisters,skin will scab after the
bubble bursts,keep cold injury wound clean and dry,apply frostbite cream for a few
days and the wound would heal.
Another processing method:
--for larger blister,please dry up the liquid inside the blister,bandage it with soft dry
gauze,or expose it after applying frostbite cream
--please use antibiotic wet gauze if the wound is infected,and then use frostbite
cream
--please go to see doctors if the situation gets serious
Maitenance:
1. appliances and medical equipment close to the machine may be resulting in
operational failure due to interference
2. prohibit use of the equipment in the following environment
--hot and humid environment
--dusty environment
--environmental with much smoke or stream
3. do not make the machine close to the wall,keeping a 30CM space around for
cooling

the waist inside the bottle can come out.
5.The water should be changed every 30 days,dependent on the frequency of
treatments.
1. open the Outlet hole,then water will come out automatically
2. when there is no water coming out, close the Outlet hole.
3. open the Inlet hole and add new water until it is full.
