de nombreux mois de travail et de rflexion de
la part de lensemble des quipes SHARK. Nous
avons mis en uvre tout notre savoir-faire avec un
leitmotiv commun : linnovation et le design au service
de la performance, du style et de la scurit.
Notre passion de la comptition a t couronne cette
saison par larrive dun nouveau pilote phare au sein
du Team Racing SHARK : Jorge LORENZO.
Son expertise nous permet de repousser toujours plus
loin les limites techniques de nos produits. Je vous
invite dcouvrir les Race-R PRO Replica Lorenzo et
Zarco qui sont les nouveaux fer-de-lance de la division
Racing.
La division Pulse senrichit cette anne de 3 nouveaux
modles :

SHARK a acquis en plus de 25 ans un grand savoir-faire, sans cesse remis en
cause pour aller encore et toujours plus loin. Le ple Recherche & Innovation
base au sein de notre sige en France est la pointe en termes de technologie
et dquipements.
Nous utilisons les logiciels les plus performants, identiques ceux utiliss dans
larospatiale; les prototypages sont quant eux raliss partir dune imprimante
3D dernire gnration au sein mme de notre laboratoire. La FEA (crash tests
numriques) nous accompagne lors de la conception de chaque nouveau produit pour
simuler les crash tests. Elle est complte par la CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
qui permet une optimisation numrique de larodynamique et de la pntration
dans lair du casque.
Lutilisateur final reste au cur du dveloppement de nos produits. SHARK cre en
effet ses modles sur le principe du Reverse Engineering : nos casques sont
entirement conus partir de la tte de lutilisateur ; le casque tant construit
autour au fur et mesure, en ajoutant progressivement chaque fonction.
Le Design for a Function est notre leitmotiv : pour que chaque ligne, chaque

In over 25 years, SHARK has acquired tremendous expertise that is constantly
being extended to make sure progress stays on track. The Research & Innovation
unit, based at our French head office, is at the leading edge in terms of both
technology and facilities.
We use top-performing software applications, the same as those found in the
aerospace industry. Our prototypes are in fact built with a next-generation 3D
printer inside our laboratory. Numerical crash tests (in FEA format) play a key role
during the design of each new product within a simulation setting. This approach
also entails CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), a specialty that numerically
optimizes the helmets aerodynamics and penetration through air.
The end user remains chiefly responsible for developing SHARKs products.
The company actually bases its model-making on the principle of Reverse
Engineering. Helmets are completely designed for the users head, with the
construction steps circling sequentially in gradually adding each function.
Design for a Function is our motto: to ensure that each straightaway, each curve,
each function provides utility.
The product therefore is systematically conceived from the standpoint of the

En ms de 25 aos, SHARK ha adquirido grandes conocimientos tcnicos,
continuamente cuestionados para progresar cada vez ms. El polo Investigacin e
Innovacin que se encuentra instalado en nuestra sede en Francia est a la ltima
en trminos de tecnologa y equipamientos.
Utilizamos los programas informticos ms eficientes, los mismos que aquellos
utilizados en el sector aeroespacial; los prototipos se realizan a partir de una
impresora 3D de ltima generacin en nuestro propio laboratorio. El FEA (pruebas
de choque numricas) nos acompaa durante el diseo de cada nuevo producto
para simular las pruebas de choque. Se completa con el CFD (Computational Fluid
