1) Teacher divides the students into group of five
2) Each group will be given a newspaper
3) In groups, students were required to identify
article related to sports
4) Teacher shows an example of bubble map by
extracting information from an article
5) Using manila card and marker pen students were
required to draw a bubble map
6) Students were required to list down any
information gained from the article into the bubble
map

1) Students were distributed into small group
2) Picture cards of sport were distributed to each
group
3) Teacher introduces equipment used in various kind
of sports using bubble map
4) Teacher introduces and explain on how the tree
map is used to do classification
5) By using the tree map, students are required to
complete the map by fill in the blank with the
correct equipment used in the picture

students sentences
5) Students were required to read aloud the
sentences and relate it to the pictures in the flow
map
