The air necessary for pneumatic systems is sent to the machine by a compressor, damp
is formed in entramped air, the dirty water particules can destroy the structure of
conditioner and systems. Therefore, water of the compressor should be taken
periodically, water should be poured with button under the water chamber. Oil no 10 or
pneumatic conditioner oil should be used in oil chamber. Thick oil and dust
occlude the systems. If (rust solvent which has oiling property) is put in
periodically, cleans the systems. (do not use narrow hose at air input of on-off
valve) Air hoses toughens in cold weather and air lekage increases. Cut and affix
without damaging wearing part, if it is too shortened change with a new one. If the
machine stops because of low air input, the hose of air input valve must be
narrow, do not use narrow hose as it decreases the pressure coming to system.
Air pressure adjustment should be set to 6-7 bars, when pressure decreases to 4 bars,
the machine shuts down itself.

Plc COLOURED TOUCH SCREEN-
At overprint input and output, distances between pallet should be the same. The part
of shield near to glue unit should be 30mm in the small machine and 32mm in the
bigger one. Check if it is doing banding-opening by giving a workpiece. If there are
cracks at the heads of the piece, shield adjustment is wrong.
FEEDER:
Bearing rolled edge tapes, and feeds the system with help of rotating cylinders; it
delivered disassembled with the machine.
.
1-) Up and down adjustment screws: Provide the most extended blade life by
adjusting the blade up and down.
2-)Stop stroke adjustment bolts: Provides the sawdust that the blades need by
adjusting piston stroke.
3-) Stop stroke adjustment bolts: Provides the sawdust that the milling blades need
by adjusting piston stroke.
4-)Air wall: Prevents sawdust and dust from passing to glue spreading unit.
5)Front milling: the first engine gets out from the piece when 2 cm left, the second engine
gets into the piece and breaks the piece while co-working.
6) If the front milling engines do not get into the piece or getting out late, check the air wall;
sensorrs are effected by dust and send wrong commands.
Trimming tune of front milling blades are
changing
If front milling blades are crushing on over
and under the workpiece.
UNITS CHAPTER 5
ADJUSTMENT OF MILLING DEPTH
For 1mm deep milling; attach sheet at 2mm thickness to the shield.
.
For 2mm deep milling; attach sheet at 1mm thickness to the shield.
If milling will not be done, 1 and 2mm sheets are attached together, and unit engines are
not operated.
Milling of glued or Pvc covered surfaces will decrease physical life of the razor blades.
Reverse the existing razors and fix them.
If they become blunt again after this transaction, they must be changed with new ones.
UNITS CHAPTER 5
GLUE SPREADING:
TOP TRIMMING
1)Disassemble the engine and give the tools.
2)Click on the head end pevel tab on the screen. Then, check the 1mm. move of the trims on bearing
surface during its touch with the piece. If there is a problem with their touch, adjustment is done
from rod nut of 32x125 piston.
3)Stop the bottom trimming and click on head end bevel. Check the parameters and velocity of the
first piston.
While 80 N (1st damper) partitionis exactly on th bearing body, check the gap between this damper
and stopper lama, and it should be 3mm.
4)The distance between face sliding skidders and machine body is measured with caliper. If they are
not equal, make them equal. (face sliding skidders should be at equivalent)
5)If head bevel is fine and end bevel is not, trimmin parallelism is not correct. Ba pah iyi son pah iyi
deilse trim paralellii dzgn deildir. Measures of touch bolts of thick-thin lama are not equal, and
they should be equalised.
6)While assembling the engine, the engine roof surface should be clean and triming blades should
not be damaged.
7)Put 2mm pvc in the machine and start. (Bottom trim should be stopped). Push the head end bevel
button and give the piece. Check the exitting piece surface and radius. If it is necesseary to increase
radius, screws of thick thin piston lamas should be equally loosened.
8)When you put the piece in, if pawls are occuring at the head of the piece and feeds occuring at the
end, loosen the screws through which the machine is directly assembled to the body. In order to
make trimming engine move in the piece inlet direction, tighten the countersunk bolt leaning on the
engine stop in the piece inlet direction, until pawl gap is closed. Counterstock bolt in the piece output
direction is loosened at the same level.
9)If bottom-top surface is at pawling or diving mode, loosen the direct mounting bolts of the engine.
Fix the diving the pieceor pawling defects. Then, direct mounting bolts of the engine are tightened.
10)If it is at fine tuning click the fine work tab. When the macine passes to fine tuning, diving or
pawling adjustment is done via two pieces M 10 nut on thin-thick piston lama. Then, locknuts are
fixed.
BOTTOM TRIMMING
1)Disassamble the engine, give the tools.
2)Click on the head end flat tab on the screen. Then, check 1mm move of the trimmings on
bearing surface while touching with pieces. If there is a problem, adjustment is done from rod
nut of 32x125 piston.
3)Stop the top trimming and click on head end flat. Check the measures and velocity of the
1st piston.
200N(1st damper), when the piece is exactly on trimming bearing surface(by stopping the
switch), check the gap between this damper and stopping lama, and it should be 3mm.
4)The distance between face sliding skidders and the machine body is measure with claper,
and if they are not equal they should be equalised. (face sliding skidders should at the same
distance from machine body.)
5)If head flat is good but end flat is not, trimming parallel is straight. Touch bolts of thick thin
lama to the body, should be equalised.
6)While assembling the engine, the engine roof surface should be clean and triming blades should
not be damaged.
7) Put 2mm pvc in the machine and start. (Top trimming should be stopped). Push the head end
bevel button and give the piece.
8) When you put the piece in, if pawls are occuring at the head of the piece and feeds occuring at the
end, loosen the screws through which the machine is directly assembled to the body. In order to
make trimming engine move in the piece inlet direction, tighten the countersunk bolt leaning on the
engine stop in the piece inlet direction, until pawl gap is closed. Counterstock bolt in the piece output
direction is loosened at the same level.
9)If the surface is at diving mode, loosen the direct mounting bolts of the engine, loosen the
two stay bolts at the top, and tighten the two stay bolts below, the engine will be pulled
downwards.
10) If it is at fine tuning click the fine work tab. When the macine passes to fine tuning, diving or
pawling adjustment is made via two pieces M 10 nut on thin-thick piston lama. Then, locknuts are
fixed.
11)While making top and bottom trimming adjustments, first, make radius adjustment when
the machine is at thick position, then, make fine tunning when the machine is at thin position.
12)If the follower ball is not rolling, there might not be oil in pneumatic conditioner or thick oil
used. Dust etc. Might have occluded the system. Fill rust solvent which has oiling property,
clean the system, change the ball, or stick abrasiveon the chipboard to let it roll.
13)Trimming piston nuts should not be tightened, pistons should move easily.
14)When trimming pistons are open at machine air cancelled position, check weather
damper strokes are same. (satirised parts of the dampers should face down, to be longlived.)
15)If remnants are remaining on the face during input and output, or passing to earlier top or
face processing, check and change the plc values. If back trimming starts processing earlier,
increase the values.
16)If there is different radius diving until material input and output, cut two pieces, and
combine the faces, check weather the cutting is straight.
17)At head end flat mode, if there is the same fault at the head and end, the blade is
defected.

SCRAPING GROUP: SCRAPING ADJUSTMENT
1)Check weather the diamonds are completely tightened (they should never be tightened), and
check the place where the diomands fit on, weather they are clean or not. (there should never be
burrs)
2)there should not be burrs on the surface of single and double hole brass of the scraping. There
should not be gap between scraping and single and double hole brass. The should not prevetn it from
working easily. The gap should be 1mm. or less. It should not be more than 1mm.
3)Check weather the surfaces of bearing fixed on face sliding disc, fit well. The surfaces where face
sliding wheel and surface sliding wheels touch the piece, should be clean and smooth.
4)Check weather it is working by clicking on thick pvc and thin pvc on the screen. Be sure that the
pallet is not working while making adjustment.
5)The thick pvc screw should be tightened, until the gap between face sliding disc and blade holder
be 0.5mm. and its counternut will be locked.
6)Face sliding disc and surface sliding disc should be 1mm away from the endpoint of the diamond.
(Towards the piece).
7)After the piece is put in, it should be stopped when it comes to scraping.
8)Face sliding disk sould be adjusted to biring the piece to tangent of the diamond (reciprocating
motion).
Surface sliding disk sould be adjusted to biring the piece to tangent of the diamond (reciprocating
motion).
9)The distance between touch bolts of the scraping body to the machine body and adjusting spindle
(and machine body), should be 1mm.
FINE TUNING
Just click on fine tab, and take up the thin pvc adjustment screw and tighten it.
POLISHING GROUP:
1-)Junction Group; Immnence-distance ajustment is made to workpiece, connecting
the unit to the machine, where necessary.
2-)Engine; Supplies the power necessary for the system to operate.
3-)Felt; Fulfills the cleaning and polishing process after banding.
After sticking and manipulation, provides the work(done with help of solvent liquid) to
look bright and vivid.
As felts will wear on continual works, pull the engines over the workpiece by loosening
them from junctions.
Pallet chain should not be too tight or loose. After a certain working life, the chain will
widen.
Oiling pallets with spray grease or silicon spray will provide easy use, as pallets work by
rubbing against skidders. This application should be done as shown in the picture, at
least once a week. POVER-UP oil should be filled to reductors.
