The
respondents
were
dominated by
age 18-25
employees
with 88.66 %,
in term of
gender,
majority of
them were
female, while
in civil status,
majority of
them were
single and
lastly in
terms of
educational
attainment,
majority of
the
employees
were college
graduate. All
factor
variables
affecting the
work
performance
of the
employees
such as
salary
increases,
incentives ,
working
environment,
training and
development,
recognition
and reward,
leadership
management,

Managers
should find
ways on
how to
develop
harmonious
relationship
with their
employees.
Employees
must be
given
proper
training for
them to
improve
and
develop
their skills
to be more
innovative
and
productive.
Recommen
ded that
this study
can be
studied by
future
researchers
using other
variables.

the result of
findings,
training and
development
got the
highest
weighted
mean of 4.47
and
interpreted as
strongly
agree. It was
revealed that
exposing
them with the
right salary
and positive
working
environment
motivates
them to
improve their
work
performance.
Relationship
with
colleagues
got the
lowest mean

of 4.23 but
still
interpreted as
agree. This
may reveal
that
respondents
can work
their
independentl
y but
maintain
harmonious
working
relationship
with their
colleagues.
Agree shows
that the
above
indicators
may affect
the attitude
of the
respondents
toward their
work
performance.
