Schmidt, assistant attorney General Stephen Phillips, and the attorney generals office by
restrictions against us in case number 15CV79P but relieving Noah Day for the same
restrictions in 15CV79P on June 16, 2016.

This has hampered our ability to file court cases which is violating our 1 amendment right of freedom
of speech and our

Why is the assistant attorney general Stephen Phillips mailing out information about our "Brief of
Appellant Court of Appeals No. 16-116284-A" Certificate of Service Date and carbon copying it to Noah
Day and mailing it to him in Pittsburg Ks.?
Stephen Phillips stated to Judge Jack Burr in case number 15CV79P that he was relieving Noah Day of
filing restrictions because Noah was not aware of what SJGmembers were doing, he was never going to
come to Pittsburg Kansas again, Noah was not going to contact anyone from SJGagain, and he was
dismissing his appeal from 15SC70P Noah Day vs. My Town Media "where the attorney generals office
had Stephen Phillips and Dennis Depew trespass in the small claims case and spoke for and prepared
court orders for My Town Media and Judge Jack Burr,

$0 if that is all supposedly true, why is Noah Day contacting Kasey King, and the assistant Attorney
General Stephen Phillips is sending him copies of our appeal that excluded Noah Day from filing
restrictions?
Why is Stephen Phillips mailing Noah Day information to Pittsburg Kansas when Noah Day is not
supposed to come to Pittsburg again because he lives in Colorado permanently now?
Why is Stephen Phillips having any contact with Noah Day since Noah Day dismissed his appeal from
lSSC70P and has been relieved of his filing restrictions
number lSCV79P?

because of the plea bargain he received in case

Stephen Phillips works for the "STATE OF KANSAS" which is a public office so he should not be
contacting Noah Day and using the "STATES RESOURCES"and wasting there money by using their

envelopes and stamps by sending Noah Day information

66762" and enclosed it for evidence for your committee.

We have also returned it to the post office so they can return the envelope back to the attorney
generals office since the letter was intended for Mr. Noah Day to read so assistant attorney general
Stephen Phillips can continue to conspire with Noah by sending him information
generals office which attorney Phillips is not allowed to do.
Please investigate this matter.
